Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") establishes the rules and standards governing the use of services provided by FINITY IT BD. It applies to clients, users, organizations, and other parties using FINITY IT BD services, including but not limited to web hosting, domain services, cloud services, websites, software, applications, AI solutions, digital services, and technical infrastructure. By using our services, you agree to use them responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner that does not harm FINITY IT BD, our infrastructure, our service providers, or other users.

1. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy is to maintain a secure, reliable, and professional service environment.

Our services must not be used for activities that:

  • Facilitate fraud or deception

This Policy applies alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable service agreements.


2. Lawful Use

Clients must use FINITY IT BD services only for legitimate and lawful purposes.

You must not use our services to facilitate, promote, organize, or participate in activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with laws applicable to their activities, business, content, and target markets.


3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited when using FINITY IT BD services.

3.1 Illegal Activities

You may not use our services to:

  • Conduct unlawful activities
  • Facilitate criminal activity
  • Distribute illegal content
  • Evade lawful investigations or enforcement

You may not intentionally misrepresent your identity, business, affiliation, or authority in order to deceive others.


5. Malware & Malicious Software

You may not use our infrastructure to distribute, host, develop, or operate malicious software intended to harm systems or users.

This includes:

  • Viruses
  • Worms
  • Trojans
  • Ransomware
  • Spyware
  • Keyloggers
  • Malicious scripts
  • Botnets
  • Remote access malware
  • Credential-stealing malware
  • Destructive software

Security research and legitimate testing may be permitted when explicitly authorized and conducted within an agreed scope.


6. Hacking & Unauthorized Access

You may not use FINITY IT BD services to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, applications, or data.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Unauthorized access
  • Password attacks
  • Credential stuffing
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities without authorization
  • Port scanning intended to facilitate unauthorized access
  • Unauthorized penetration testing
  • Circumventing authentication
  • Accessing another person’s account without permission

Authorized security testing must have appropriate permission from the system owner.


7. Network Abuse

Clients must not use our services in ways that intentionally disrupt networks, infrastructure, or other users.

Examples include:

  • Denial-of-service attacks
  • Distributed denial-of-service attacks
  • Network flooding
  • Deliberate service disruption
  • Traffic amplification abuse
  • Unauthorized network interception
  • Excessive resource consumption intended to disrupt service

8. Spam & Unsolicited Communications

FINITY IT BD services must not be used for unlawful or abusive bulk communications.

This includes:

  • Spam email
  • Phishing campaigns
  • Malicious bulk messaging
  • Unsolicited promotional campaigns
  • Purchased or harvested email lists used improperly
  • Fake unsubscribe mechanisms
  • Messages intended to deceive recipients

Legitimate marketing campaigns must comply with applicable laws and industry standards.


9. Content & Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for the content they upload, publish, distribute, or operate through our services.

You must have appropriate rights, licenses, or permissions for content you use.

You may not use our services to knowingly distribute or host content that infringes another party’s:

  • Copyright
  • Trademark
  • Patent
  • Trade secret
  • Privacy rights
  • Publicity rights
  • Other intellectual property rights

10. Child Safety

Our services must not be used to create, distribute, store, or facilitate illegal content involving children.

Any activity involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children is strictly prohibited.


11. Harmful or Abusive Content

Clients must not use our services to facilitate content or activities intended to cause serious harm to others.

This may include:

  • Credible threats of violence
  • Targeted harassment
  • Non-consensual disclosure of private information
  • Content designed to facilitate serious abuse
  • Services intended to facilitate exploitation

12. Privacy & Personal Data

Clients must handle personal information responsibly.

You must not use FINITY IT BD services to unlawfully collect, expose, sell, distribute, or misuse personal information.

This includes:

  • Passwords
  • Authentication credentials
  • Financial information
  • Private communications
  • Personal identification information
  • Sensitive customer information

Clients operating websites or applications that collect personal data are responsible for implementing appropriate privacy notices, consent mechanisms, security controls, and legal compliance.


13. AI Services

Where FINITY IT BD provides AI-related services, clients must use those systems responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and service terms.

AI services must not be intentionally used to facilitate:

  • Fraud
  • Identity theft
  • Malicious impersonation
  • Unauthorized surveillance
  • Credential theft
  • Malware distribution
  • Other prohibited activities

Clients remain responsible for how AI-generated content or systems are used within their business.


14. Web Development & Software

Software, websites, and applications developed by FINITY IT BD must not intentionally be configured or deployed to facilitate unlawful activity or abuse.

Clients are responsible for the lawful use of applications after delivery.

Where a client requests functionality that presents significant legal, security, or abuse risks, FINITY IT BD may refuse the request or require additional safeguards.


15. Hosting & Resource Usage

Clients using FINITY IT BD hosting or cloud services must use allocated resources reasonably.

Prohibited activities may include:

  • Deliberate resource exhaustion
  • Cryptocurrency mining where prohibited by the applicable service
  • Running abusive automated workloads
  • Hosting malware
  • Excessive unauthorized traffic
  • Activities that negatively affect other customers
  • Circumventing resource restrictions

Specific resource limits may vary according to the client’s hosting or cloud package.


16. Domain Names

Domains registered or managed through FINITY IT BD must not intentionally be used for:

  • Phishing
  • Fraud
  • Malware distribution
  • Impersonation
  • Illegal activities
  • Copyright infringement
  • Other abusive activities

Domain registrations remain subject to applicable registrar and registry policies.


17. Security of Accounts

Clients are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

You should:

  • Use strong passwords
  • Avoid sharing passwords
  • Enable multi-factor authentication where available
  • Limit administrative access
  • Remove access for former users
  • Notify FINITY IT BD about suspected unauthorized access

Clients may be responsible for activity performed through their account where reasonable security precautions were not maintained.


18. Third-Party Services

Some FINITY IT BD services depend on third-party providers, including hosting companies, cloud platforms, domain registrars, APIs, payment processors, software providers, and other technology platforms.

Clients must comply with applicable third-party terms when using such services.

Violations of third-party policies may result in service restrictions or termination where necessary.


19. Security Investigations

FINITY IT BD may investigate suspected violations of this Policy when reasonably necessary to protect our services, infrastructure, clients, or users.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Investigate suspicious activity
  • Restrict affected services
  • Suspend access
  • Request additional information
  • Remove prohibited content where appropriate
  • Contact the client
  • Take other reasonable protective measures

20. Reporting Abuse

If you believe a FINITY IT BD service is being used for abuse, fraud, malware, phishing, or other prohibited activity, please contact us.

If we determine that a service is being used in violation of this Policy, FINITY IT BD may take appropriate action.

  4. Temporarily suspending services

22. False Abuse Reports

Abuse reporting systems must not be used to intentionally submit false, misleading, malicious, or fraudulent reports against another user or client.

Reports should be made in good faith and contain accurate information to the best of the reporter’s knowledge.


23. Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for:

  • Their websites
  • Applications
  • Content
  • Users
  • Account credentials
  • Customer activity
  • Data
  • Third-party integrations
  • Services operated through their account

Clients should take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized or abusive use of their services.


24. Policy Changes

FINITY IT BD may update this Acceptable Use Policy when necessary to reflect changes in our services, technology, security practices, legal requirements, or business operations.

The updated version will be published on this page.
